Q & A Session with Tina K. of Wisconsin:

1) Tell us about your project. What did we install in your home? What materials were used? How long did it take?

I don’t know the exact materials, but it is a custom iron staircase with a wood rail to match the flooring.

2) What were you hoping to accomplish with this project? What was your inspiration?

I wanted to bring my 23-year-old home up to date. My inspiration was Adam’s website.

3) What were your favorite parts of working with Integrated Metal Designs?

Adam is friendly and down to earth, and also extremely professional. It was a pleasure to be part of Adam growing his business. I learned quickly that he has integrity, he takes pride in his work, and that family means everything to him.

Adam is neat and tidy and goes the extra mile to keep things clean along the way and to leave the place only after the mess is cleaned up.

One cute aside: I walk the neighbor’s puppy, and he expects to come to my house for a visit after his walk. Adam was there, so it wasn’t safe for him to be in the house with the tools and movement. He approached Adam outside as he cut the chair rails. It’s important to note that Adam is a big guy. Cooper doesn’t really know any men and is afraid of everything unfamiliar to him. Within ten seconds, they were friends. Adam stopped working and got down on the sidewalk to play with Coop.

4) Would you recommend Integrated Metal Designs to your friends and family? Please list any specific examples from the project that stood out to you.

Absolutely, without question. Adam wants to please his customers. I didn’t like the first three stain samples. I felt bad asking for more, but Adam didn’t care at all. He just wanted the stain color to be right.

5) Do you have a next home project? If so, tell us about it!

No more home projects for me for a while!
